AdRamp ("we", "our", or "us") operates the AdRamp platform at adramp.ai, a SaaS tool for performance marketing analysts that connects to advertising and analytics platforms to provide data analysis, optimization recommendations, and campaign management through a chat-based interface.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information and data when you use our services. It also describes your rights regarding your data and how to exercise them.
By using AdRamp, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information necessary to provide our services.
When you connect your advertising and analytics accounts (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, Google Analytics, or Klaviyo), we access and process data from those platforms on your behalf. This includes campaign performance data, ad spend metrics, keyword data, conversion data, audience information, and other advertising account data necessary to provide our services.
When you connect your Google Ads account, AdRamp accesses your Google Ads data through the Google Ads API using OAuth 2.0 authentication. We only request access to the specific Google Ads data scopes necessary to provide our services. The data we access includes campaign configurations, performance metrics, keyword and search term reports, budget information, and ad group details.
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, chat queries, actions taken, timestamps, IP addresses, browser type, device information, and referring URLs.
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how our service is used. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We use Google Ads data exclusively to provide AdRamp's core functionality to you: data analysis, optimization recommendations, and campaign management actions within the AdRamp interface. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes, and we do not use it to build user profiles for serving ads. We do not use Google user data for AI/ML model training beyond providing the service to you directly.
We do not sell your personal data or your connected platform data to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
We work with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, and analytics services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
We do not share Google user data with third parties except as necessary for our service providers to help us deliver the AdRamp platform. We do not share Google user data with advertising networks, data brokers, or other information resellers.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.
If AdRamp is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your account and usage data may be transferred as part of that transaction. Google user data is excluded from any such transfer — in the event of a business transfer, all Google user data will be deleted prior to the transaction.
We store your data on secure servers provided by reputable cloud infrastructure providers within the European Union. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest (AES-256), regular security assessments, access controls, and monitoring.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days.
Google Ads data is cached temporarily to provide a responsive experience. When you revoke AdRamp's access to your Google account or delete your AdRamp account, all stored Google user data is deleted within 30 days.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@adramp.ai.
You can revoke AdRamp's access to your Google account data at any time by disconnecting the integration within AdRamp's settings, or by removing AdRamp from your Google Account permissions.
AdRamp's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features of AdRamp, do not serve ads with it, and do not allow humans to read it without affirmative consent except for security purposes or as required by law.
AdRamp is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international transfers of personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective date" at the top. For significant changes that affect how we use Google user data, we will notify you and request renewed consent before applying the changes.
